Westfield, Mass. – The Salem State women's cross country team took part in the 42nd MASCAC/New England Alliance Championships hosted by Westfield State University on Saturday afternoon at Stanley Park. Captain Katie Herlihy (Marblehead, MA) finished in the top spot for Salem State in a time of 21:55,(41) to lead the Lady Vikings. Katie Ciras (Northbridge, MA) was right behind in 23:29, (55) while Erin Comeau (Danvers, MA), 23:49 (61), Kathy Farias (North Dighton, MA ) 26:17, (80), Grace Frigo (Waltham, MA), 26:30 (81) and  Kathy Comeau (Danvers, MA) 27:37, (84) finished the field for Salem State.
